Enjoy the ultimate in a mountain top getaway with complete privacy on 40 Acres. Ample outdoor seating to enjoy the outdoors while taking in 180 degree views of the NC, GA, and TN mountains. Relax in the fresh quiet mountain air while enjoying the built-in pool (seasonal), hot tub, or in numerous covered or uncovered outdoor setting areas. Numerous trails throughout the property to explore in private.

Main floor boasts an open floor plan with spacious kitchen with granite counter tops. Dining room table sits eight with additional seating at the countertop and a live-edge table behind sofa. Large 75" TV with comfortable leather sofa. Quaint sitting area to overlook the mountains while enjoying your cup of coffee or a book. Full bathroom on main level as well as washer and dryer.

Master bedroom upstairs features a king-size bed with balcony and a twin-size bed swing (the perfect place to start your day). Master bathroom features a very large walk-in shower where you can overlook the mountains while enjoying the body jets. Shades can be pulled down for privacy as needed. Two additional bedrooms upstairs feature queen beds and each has great mountain views. Guest bathroom with tub/shower off the hallway.

Downstairs is a large "bunk room" with four double beds and just outside is a covered "under-deck" sitting area with ample seating and a Smart TV. The game room includes a bar with 4 stools, TV behind bar, pool table, video-game table, and a pull-out queen size sofa. Access the hot tub just outside the sliding glass door beside the bar.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
